Terrance Givens has over ten years of experience in helping his clients fulfill their fitness and athletic goals.  Furthermore, he is certified as a personal trainer, health and fitness specialist, and sports conditioning consultant.  Terrance specializes in creating custom fitness programs and provides his clients with fitness evaluations to monitor their success.  Moreover, Terrance is certified as an Ironwear Fitness master-trainer and specializes in the Ironwear Terminator workout.  Currently, Terrance is a training consultant for Gateway Senior High School's football team, the ABA basketball team called the Pennsylvania Pitbulls, and WNBA star Ashley Battle.   So let’s get lean, mean, and fit to be seen.  It’s a Given.
